    As the heightened concern surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) intensifies, BankPlus is taking steps to ensure that our customers have ongoing and easy access to their accounts, while at the same time, safeguarding the health of our customers, employees, and communities by following government-recommended best practices to reduce transmission.

    BANK LOCATIONS AND SERVICE INFORMATION

    We want everyone to know we are following CDC guidelines to make sure our employees and our customers are as safe as possible. To that end, we have asked our employees and to observe the following guidelines:

    • Wear gloves and masks
    • Frequently clean the and disinfect the interior of the branch
    • Frequently disinfect Drive-Thru Lanes, including the tubes and night-drops
    • Frequently disinfect all ATMs and ITMs
    • Work remotely where possible
    • Conduct all training virtually and permit no unnecessary business travel
    • Quarantine employees who may be sick or exposed to Covid-19 and / or have traveled to high-risk areas

    Additionally, we frequently communicate with employees about following CDC guidelines with regards to washing hands and other safety standards as this crisis has unfolded. We encourage customers that need to have access to a branch for essential business reasons to wear a mask and follow CDC guidelines as well.

    BankPlus locations will offer drive-thru service only. To promote health and safety, our bank lobbies will be closed to customers until further notice.

    BankPlus offers a wide variety of ways for customers to bank anytime, anywhere. See below for links to our tools and resources.

    • Mobile Banking App: Access to accounts when and where you need it. View account activity, deposit checks, pay bills, check balances, transfer funds, and pinpoint nearby ATMs with the app’s GPS functionality.
    • Mobile Deposit: Easily deposit checks anytime, anywhere with your smart phone or tablet.
    • Text Banking: Access account information and receive account notifications on your text enabled device.


    Mobile Payments
    If you have not loaded your BankPlus debit card into Apple Pay or Android pay, please consider doing so. Contactless payments provide a perfect way to pay and not touch anything other than your own device.

    Online Banking
    BankPlus Online Banking allows you to do just about everything you need without ever visiting a branch. You can open additional accounts and have 24-hour access to online funds transfer, online check images, online statements, email alerts, and online bill payment.

    Interactive Teller Machines
    Our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) can be used as an ATM or a way to connect with remote video tellers. Live teller functions allow you to deposit cash and checks, withdraw and transfer funds, cash checks, make loan payments, and more.

    Members of the BankPlus TEAM are available during our normal business hours to proactively meet any of your banking needs or concerns. Our Customer Service Representatives can also be reached at 1-888-811-7587 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday.
