Update on health and safety standards with lobbies reopening

  • On Monday, June 22, our branch lobbies will reopen for customer access. Please note we have made several changes for the health and safety of our employees and our customers. 

    • Floor markers and signage are in place to encourage social distancing 
    • Employees have been trained on CDC health and safety guidelines 
    • Branch lobbies, ATM’s and Interactive Teller Machines (ITM’s) are sanitized regularly 
    • Protective shields have been installed


    Masks or other face coverings are encouraged (and must be worn when required by local mandates), though we may briefly ask you to lower your mask for identification purposes. We also encourage you to use the drive-thru, ITM or ATM if your needs can be met using one of these methods.
