ACCOUNT BALANCE VIEW CHANGE
EFFECTIVE WEDNESDAY, MARCH 22
In order to simplify your account view, the available balance displayed in BankPlus Online and Mobile Banking will no longer include your Discretionary Overdraft Service (DOS) amount which is currently listed as “Overdraft Limit”. The available balance will now reflect your current balance plus or minus any pending transactions and, if applicable, the balance of any linked accounts to cover insufficient funds. If you do have a linked account to cover insufficient funds, it will be listed as “Overdraft Protection”. To view your “Overdraft Limit” or “Overdraft Protection” amounts separately, click the Account Details drop-down from the Account History screen.
