Some customers have reported receiving calls from individuals pretending to be from BankPlus and asking to “verify large transactions.” If this happens to you, please hang up immediately.
- BankPlus will never ask you to share a code sent by text or email.
- BankPlus text alerts will only ask you to reply “YES” or “NO” to verify suspicious activity.
We will never request personal information through text or phone. If you’re ever uncertain about a call, hang up and contact BankPlus Customer Service directly at 1-888-811-7587.
